2019 Ford Edge SEL AWD

I love Valley Subaru. Chris Davis is always helping me and answering any questions. He and all of the service department treat me so great, I would not go anywhere else. I get coupons and discounts and they are able to lend me a vehicle when needed. Even recall stuff is managed quickly. I can't thank them enough for always being professional, knowing specifics and educating me, and for the over the top service.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Roger at Valley Subaru of Longmont for the exceptional customer service that he provided a couple of weeks ago during my last oil change. I'm a stay-at-home mom, so I don't always have the option to leave my children at home while I do errands. There is always a looming fear that staff might not appreciate having children at a business. I was relieved when we met Roger. He was wonderful interacting with my children (a 1 year old and a 2 year old) and instantly made me feel at ease about bringing them to the dealership with me. I couldn't believe how quickly our time at the dealership turned into a delightful experience instead of a potential negative interaction. Roger even decided to treat my kids to a cup of ice cream (with my permission). My kids noticed that a few of the employees were taking an ice cream break at the food truck outside. I could tell Roger genuinely wanted to treat them. He is such a sweet human being with a big heart. I also wanted to thank a few of the employees who work at the desks in the corner of the building by the food truck. A lot of them were very sweet to the children as well. The service was longer than expected for a scheduled appointment, but at least it was a pleasant wait. I sat back and enjoyed the coffee, staff, and playing with the kids.

My wife Anne and I would like to say thank you so much to Jonathan Lopez and Scott Hancock for truly excellent customer service at Valley Subaru. They went above and beyond the call of duty taking care of our car (and our personal needs) today. In fact everyone in the service department is always awesome, friendly and professional, and we really appreciate being able to take our car to Valley Subaru, a service provider we trust implicitly. We highly recommend Valley Subaru to anyone needing service on their car! Again, a big thank you to Jonathan and Scott for taking care of us. Subaru is very lucky to have you guys on their team. We really appreciate you both!
