I love Valley Subaru. Chris Davis is always helping me and answering any questions. He and all of the service department treat me so great, I would not go anywhere else. I get coupons and discounts and they are able to lend me a vehicle when needed. Even recall stuff is managed quickly. I wanted to give a special thanks to Roger at Valley Subaru of Longmont for the exceptional customer service that he provided a couple of weeks ago during my last oil change.  I'm a stay-at-home mom, so I don't always have the option to leave my children at home while I do errands. There is always a looming fear that staff might not appreciate having children at a business. I was relieved when we met Roger. He was wonderful interacting with my children (a 1 year old and a 2 year old) and instantly made me feel at ease about bringing them to the dealership with me. I couldn't believe how quickly our time at the dealership turned into a delightful experience instead of a potential negative interaction. Roger even decided to treat my kids to a cup of ice cream (with my permission). My kids noticed that a few of the employees were taking an ice cream break at the food truck outside. I could tell Roger genuinely wanted to treat them. He is such a sweet human being with a big heart.

I also wanted to thank a few of the employees who work at the desks in the corner of the building by the food truck. A lot of them were very sweet to the children as well.

The service was longer than expected for a scheduled appointment, but at least it was a pleasant wait. I sat back and enjoyed the coffee, staff, and playing with the kids.

They went above and beyond the call of duty taking care of our car (and our personal needs) today. In fact everyone in the service department is always awesome, friendly and professional, and we really appreciate being able to take our car to Valley Subaru, a service provider we trust implicitly. I had the best experience coming to this Subaru for my service! The gentleman that helped me is Ellison Rivera.

I had a nail on my tire and I needed a service. This gentleman not only was quick and acknowledge my issue, but to go above and beyond on his service. Gave me a discount since I was just at the shop a month ago as well. He added the rotation for my tires and gave me a wash for my car. Everything was done within the next day. Offered me a rental since I had warranty in hand.
