2015 GMC Terrain AWD SLT-2

My son bought his first (used) BMW here and within a few months started having some issues. I made a phone call to the office manager and she quickly turned over the issue to Alex, who promptly returned my call and answered my questions. Needless to say, the BMW was brought in and my son was given a BRAND NEW Volvo as a loaner! Within a few days the BMW was fixed and we paid minimal cost compared to a BMW dealer!! My Son and I are so grateful for the incredible customer service and care we were given! Thank you to all!

This is the second Volvo we've purchased from Merrimack in as many years and they continue to amaze! In this most recent case my daughter was looking for particular color of V60 wagon with low mileage - for some reason they were hard to find - and after months of searching - Alex found one at a very reasonable price - well below the going rate! Unbelievable!! Picked it up yesterday and it is beautiful. Fully certified. I can't say enough about this dealership - they continually go way beyond any other car dealer I've dealt with.

I purchased the XC40 in cloud blue. I had heard many great things about this dealership from my sister in law that always purchase her cars here but lives in another state. Now I got the experience for myself. Sarah was my sales girl and she was fantastic. They let me take home a car to try which made all the difference for me since it was my first Volvo.
