Went to Century Auto and was immediately greeted by friendly staff members but not over baring. They let us walk around with ease, look over anything we wanted and explained all finances and info in great detail. We worked with Alex who was super knowledgeable, outgoing and very friendly and positive. You can tell he knows what he is talking about and worked hard to get us in a vehicle and out the door by the end of it…and we did! Thankfully my neighbors recommended them to us because we couldn’t be happier!
Bought this VW Jetta on 4/23/2024 with Alex. This was for my son’s first car, as he wanted something smaller than my Pathfinder. This car drives smooth on the highway and my son absolutely loves it. It’s been a week, no random lights have popped up and it’s been about a week of daily driving (kept hearing of other local dealerships doing something with the battery then once home cars lit up like a Christmas tree). I would highly recommend the Century Auto to get a vehicle. There was no pressure from the salesman, Alex. He worked with us changing our minds a million times and asking a bunch of questions. Alex was patient and was super easy to work with with. This was a big factor in our buying from Century, as other places have been extra pushy when even looking at a car. The transition was smooth and seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better car or place for his first car! We will be back in the future!
Very appreciative of my experience with them. They really do their best to make sure that you not only get approved but that they get you the car you are looking for and need. I worked with a saleswoman named Melissa, she was very knowledgeable, nice, empathetic, and considerate. Definitely ask for her when you get there. Everyone is welcoming, Steven and Big Mike are friendly!
