Went to Century Auto and was immediately greeted by friendly staff members but not over baring. They let us walk around with ease, look over anything we wanted and explained all finances and info in great detail. We worked with Alex who was super knowledgeable, outgoing and very friendly and positive. You can tell he knows what he is talking about and worked hard to get us in a vehicle and out the door by the end of it…and we did! Thankfully my neighbors recommended them to us because we couldn’t be happier!

Bought this VW Jetta on 4/23/2024 with Alex. This was for my son’s first car, as he wanted something smaller than my Pathfinder. This car drives smooth on the highway and my son absolutely loves it. It’s been a week, no random lights have popped up and it’s been about a week of daily driving (kept hearing of other local dealerships doing something with the battery then once home cars lit up like a Christmas tree).

I would highly recommend the Century Auto to get a vehicle. There was no pressure from the salesman, Alex. He worked with us changing our minds a million times and asking a bunch of questions. Alex was patient and was super easy to work with with. This was a big factor in our buying from Century, as other places have been extra pushy when even looking at a car. The transition was smooth and seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better car or place for his first car! We will be back in the future!

Very appreciative of my experience with them. They really do their best to make sure that you not only get approved but that they get you the car you are looking for and need. I worked with a saleswoman named Melissa, she was very knowledgeable, nice, empathetic, and considerate. Definitely ask for her when you get there. I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with Alex from Century Auto World of Runnemede back on January 25th, of 2023 with a down payment of only 999. I don't normally post reviews on places, unless they go absolutely above and beyond. I've had my car way over a year now and have absolutely loved the experience of owning it, my low payments and the continued care from the Century Auto World team throughout my ownership, especially with Alex, Steve, and Big Mike. At the end of August 2024 now, I began having a slight issue mechanically and called them up for help, Steve said he would try to find me a spot as quickly as they could. They gave me a great warranty that will still have me covered for a long long time. I brought it to my local mechanic first, around August 24th, 2024, and he quoted me almost $3,200 for a repair and said he would need it for 2-3 weeks. Alex called me for my appointment, and Century Auto World got me into their shop 5pm August 29th of 2024 and I ended up needing a new transmission. The warranty covered my repair and I had my Jeep back to me like brand new within the week. They even washed the car and had it pulled up and ready for pickup. I've sent friends and family there who have all had similarly great experiences; my mom bought her Elantra with them, March 2nd of 2024 and has had not a single issue. I can not recommend these guys enough, This will be the only dealership I continue to use.

My car is now nearly paid of and I'll be looking to upgrade with them shortly or get the wife a new car there. Thank you Century Auto World of Runnemede, from a very happy customer that you've earned life-long business from.
