With the help of Koltin and Doug, we purchased our 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV at this location. I would highly recommend this particular dealership for a couple of reasons. 1. Koltin is good at his job and knows what he is dealing with. He is a great salesman who loves his job and respects his customers. He explained the vehicle specs very well and made the decision quite easy for us. After we purchased the vehicle, he kept helping us - by coming in during his off time to help us install the mats that we ordered. He even gave us a gift and drove our new vehicle into the showroom and took pictures for us. He also spent time teaching us how to use this vehicle(it is too high tech from someone who came from a 2016 BMW X6..) he taught me how to use the multimedia, how to set up account and how to use the earphones for the second row entertainment system, etc. message to the manager - this man needs a raise. 2. The dealership is highly responsive(not all of them are like this). Doug picked up our phone first time we called and he was on top of his job - from his head he can easily extract information on his inventory and even prices of the vehicles we were inquiring. We did call other locations - they all had to transfer me, or put me on hold to check for inventories. So clearly the employees at this location are highly professional and know the vehicles they are selling. (People who are prepared gets the job). 3. This location doesn’t ask above msrp. This sounds weird but it is actually a very important point. Our vehicle was one of the more popular models so most locations would ask for 2000-5000 USD above msrp. I was told by Doug that this is a family owned business and they never ask for above market prices. They even gave me a gift and some level of price reduction, which just made our experience even better. 4. These people take care of you and are highly professional. They will agree to your “weird” requests. For example I said I didn’t like the emblem color, they changed it same day. I also asked if I can hear the sound of a V8 black wing ct5 that is on display in the showroom - they knew I was not likely to buy it but still turned it on for me and explained the specs of the vehicle. Anyways, I highly recommend this location. When you talk to the employees here you know they love their job and have confidence in the cars they are selling.

Erika was awesome. She made getting our suv super easy. 10/10 would recommend. We also got more for our trade in than expected, especially with a bad transmission.
