This is the second car I have purchased with Beechmont Toyota and with my salesman, Anatelli. Prior to coming to Toyota, I visited several places and my Toyota Rep was the kindest and most patient sales rep that I have ever met. We’ve been looking for a Sienna but didn’t have any luck because they are on back order. Logan Crouch (salesman) and Adam Lester (manager) helped us and suggested that we look at the Grand Highlander. I didn’t think it was going to have enough space and almost shot the idea down. Logan and Adam both encouraged me to take a look and the space is very similar to a Sienna. We absolutely love the vehicle. The process was way easier than any car buying experience I’ve been apart of. Everything is transparent and I felt like they had my best interest in mind at all times. Randy Johnson did my paperwork and was super professional and hilarious! This whole experience was incredible considering we just had to battle insurance for a totaled vehicle. This may sound like an ad or a fake review but it it’s not. This is where I’ll buy all my cars moving forward. Highly, highly recommended! We just purchased a new truck from Beechmont Toyota and it was by far my best car buying experience. I worked with two people from the online sales team, Julia and Shea, of whom were wonderful to work with while they answered questions about inventory. When I went to the dealership, I was greeted by our salesman Landon Edwards. He was great to work with, made us feel comfortable, and worked very quickly. Overall, the experience was top-notch. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as our salesman Landon.
