2024 Lexus RX 350 350 Premium Plus FWD

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. We worked with Robert initially looking at a used Lexus but found a Camry that was better fit into our price range. Rob wasn’t pushy or insistent on us buying the car now, he understood we needed to take time to talk it over to make our decision. We spoke with his manager John as well who was equally understanding and undemanding. Once we got home and had time to discuss, we called Rob and made the deal a little interesting. We went from “just looking” and “no rush” to buying TWO Camrys they had on their lot. The whole process was such a relief to work at my pace and not feel like I’m making an impulsive decision.
