Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. We worked with Robert initially looking at a used Lexus but found a Camry that was better fit into our price range. Rob wasn’t pushy or insistent on us buying the car now, he understood we needed to take time to talk it over to make our decision. We spoke with his manager John as well who was equally understanding and undemanding. Once we got home and had time to discuss, we called Rob and made the deal a little interesting. We went from “just looking” and “no rush” to buying TWO Camrys they had on their lot. The whole process was such a relief to work at my pace and not feel like I’m making an impulsive decision. Ken did an absolutely amazing job taking care of us!!! We live in Texas and he made sure this process was so easy and seamless for us to pickup. We took care of everything online. Flew to Arizona within two hours of us signing online, and he picked us up at the airport with a tank full of gas. Everything we needed we did through our phones on the way to the airport. The car was in immaculate condition. He was professional, understanding, and he went out of his way to accommodate us and make this such a great experience for us!! I would highly recommend  him to anyone. The dealership was professional and their staff was very friendly.
