Great service from the service dept. at Willis Lexus today. The valet retrieved my vehicle and brought it back to me when the services were complete. I love that as I don't always have time to drop off/pick up. I also love that there wasn't an aggressive attempt to upsell services that weren't necessary. Karli, my service advisor, kept me informed and communication was clear and concise via text. The valet was friendly and also did a great job. It was very convenient to pay my bill online. I love my Lexus and the benefits that come with it.

Karli is THE BEST service advisor hands down! She always goes out of her way to make sure I am taken care of and she makes sure I am happy. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all she does for me every time I bring my car in for service, she is amazing!!
