This was my first visit to Waite Toyota's service center. I was very happy with the service I was provided. The entire staff was helpful and friendly during the visit. Parts had to be ordered to complete the repair and a follow-up appointment was scheduled to have the parts installed.
After the covid-caused shortage of Toyota Tundras 3 years ago, my string of owning Toyota vehicles took a hiatus and forced a lease of a another company's truck. I was determined to get back to Toyota at the termination of the lease. Jessica made the purchase without a vehicle to trade as painless as possible. The time that she and Tim took with us was much appreciated.
My experience with this dealership has been nothing but positive with the people that handle the service on my truck and the mechanic. I try to use the same mechanic all the time and the same service advisor. Today June 28 2024 the guys really came together And help me out with a tire indicator light. I was so overwhelmed with happiness that I received at a moment notice.
