I recently special ordered a Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Donnie Grady at Washington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. (Donnie came highly recommended by a mutual friend, even though his dealership is a state away from where I live.) We executed the entire transaction by phone and email.
