I visited VW of Kirkland for routine service after a cross-country drive, including oil, tire rotation and some 5-year maintenance, plus a service recall item (I had never noticed a problem, but they replaced a part). Patrick was friendly and efficient and I waited while they finished all the work first thing in the morning. About 2 1/2 hours later I was done. I will definitely return.
Daniel and Patrick were very helpful from promptly helping my cracked windshield being replaced, providing shuttle ride home during the service, and assisting installation of a couple accessories to ensure proper fitment. Great experience, great team. :)
