The air conditioning in our Escape had stopped working as the compressor had gone out. We scheduled an appt for Monday. On Sunday I received a text offering free pick up and drop off of the vehicle (what a great service to offer!). The Service Department communicated with me via text, which made things faster. I was pleased that the cost was less than I had anticipated having had this done to another vehicle in the past. Overall great experience!
Had a great experience in taking my vehicle in for an oil change. When I got there, the lady at the front desk gave me a list of vehicle maintenance prices. I really liked that! Because the time before that, I had no clue what I was going to have to pay. And she also gave me an extra copy that I can keep. And it did not take long for them to complete my oil change. And I can not remember the lady’s name that assisted me, but she was very nice and answered all my questions!! Thank you!!
Was pleased with the service I received. My car needed an oil change and I'm from Colorado. I had a trip planned to fly to Dallas so asked if they could get me in for the oil change and shuttle me to the airport and I would just leave my car there and they could change the oil at their convenience. They said that would be fine. They came and picked me up from airport when I returned about a week later. I really appreciated that.
