This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I’d been hunting a certain package and engine option for months. Bob Allen had the exact truck and beat every other dealer with 300 miles by several thousand on price. Debbie worked everything with me over the phone since I was about 100 miles away. I seen a 2025 GMC Yukon Denali XL online and I knew this was the vehicle for me! The price was great so I knew I needed to move quickly. I called and spoke with Jamie, who was such a wonderful resource. We placed a payment to hold the GMC and drove up the next day. Throughout the entire process Jamie was in contact and always available. She made sure to get every rebate she could for me. From the moment we stepped into Bob Allen's dealership we felt welcomed and not pressured by anyone. It was such an easy process to purchase my vehicle, I will be back for future purchases. It's a family owned business and everyone is wonderful, Bob has did well for himself! The GM was very personable and made me feel confident in doing business with them.
