We were in a sudden bind and needed a new to us vehicle in a hurry. Found one on Frontier Auto's website and called to see if it was still available. It was and within a half hour Sean had it warmed up and ready to try. Same day test drive and purchase. Sean was courteous, super helpful, and an absolute rockstar when I forgot my ID there. He brought it down to the bank for me so I could finish the transaction. I had to follow up after the holidays because I hadn't received the title yet. Busy time of the year, I get that things can fall through cracks. Honestly, I was just getting over and illness and following up on the important things that could be saved for after the new year. I swear someone had told me 3 weeks, and it had been over that. My timing was great, as in the morning it hadn't arrived yet, but by the afternoon Sean contacted me with it ready to go. The whole experience will definitely keep the company in mind for the next time.
