From the moment I walked in, Brandy was warm, attentive and patient, taking the time to address any questions I had. Her efficiency in finding the perfect car for me was impressive, and I was pleasantly surprised when she even assisted me in transferring my belongings from my old car. I didn’t expect that! This is the third car I have gotten from Dean Team Kirkwood (my husband and I both got a vehicle there in 2020, and then I traded my car in for the Atlas to get a roomier vehicle earlier this month), and we’ve been very happy every time! Brandy is so lovely, and was very honest and helpful through the whole purchase. Never felt pressured to purchase a car, which was very important to me. The sales staff and gentleman at the service desk are always so helpful and kind. I took my previous car in one day to get checked out for being extremely bumpy at high speeds. They took a quick look and solved the problem right then and there without me even having to keep it there for any amount of time! I have been so happy with my VW and Dean Team, that I’ll continue to support their business and recommend it to others.

Bought my first car from a dealership with these guys. They made the financing rates easy to understand and worked with me to get a lower monthly payment. The car I was interested in came with a couple missing headrests and they went out of their way to order me some new ones and was able to pick them up a couple weeks later. Overall a good buying experience with friendly staff.
