2012 Ford Fusion I-4 S

Overall my experience has been good here. The buying process has been very good and pleasant. Service for recalls has been good too. I have only had one negative experience. I was quoted around $400 to have shocks I supplied installed a couple weeks before I had them. At the day of service, when I went to pick up the truck, the bill was over $1000. I was told there were price increases with the new year. It still seemed excessive to me. Be sure to get a final quote the day work is done. Update: I did not purchase wheel well liners. That was a separate purchase on a different date.

We just leased our second F150 from Austin and had another great experience with him! Despite not being able to get a build date on our ordered truck after 6 months through Ford, he pulled through and found an even better available truck that was sourced from a dealer in another state. We have greatly enjoyed working directly with Austin over these last two transactions and will continue coming back to him for our future Ford purchases and referring our friends and family to him!

Had a very professional and well done service experience with Mike and staff at ODaniel Ford in New Haven. It was handled promptly and with good communication, with the vehicle back on the road within two days. Thanks again
