Overall my experience has been good here. The buying process has been very good and pleasant. Service for recalls has been good too.

I have only had one negative experience. I was quoted around $400 to have shocks I supplied installed a couple weeks before I had them. At the day of service, when I went to pick up the truck, the bill was over $1000.

I was told there were price increases with the new year. It still seemed excessive to me. Be sure to get a final quote the day work is done.

Update: I did not purchase wheel well liners. That was a separate purchase on a different date.

Despite not being able to get a build date on our ordered truck after 6 months through Ford, he pulled through and found an even better available truck that was sourced from a dealer in another state.
