My wife totalled her car about 2 weeks ago and we were driving a rental and us being very busy people with our job it was hard to make time to go look for a car. We checked out about 4 places locally for a new car and heard thorough a friend that Jay Edwards was the guy to go to. I went there and we talked about everything and told him what I was looking for and he got what I was looking for from another store from Harold Ziegler. Wow! This Saturday morning, as I was preparing for our trip to Indy to see the Eclipse on Monday, I started our F-150, and the rear window immediately rolled down and stayed down! With visions of a windy frosty trip to Indy in my head I drove straight to Zeigler Ford because their service department is open on Saturdays. Jack in service reassured me that they would at least try to get the window back up. 45 minutes later it was completely fixed! Amazing service! Thank you, Jack and Zeigler Ford!
