My wife totalled her car about 2 weeks ago and we were driving a rental and us being very busy people with our job it was hard to make time to go look for a car. Wow! This Saturday morning, as I was preparing for our trip to Indy to see the Eclipse on Monday, I started our F-150, and the rear window immediately rolled down and stayed down! With visions of a windy frosty trip to Indy in my head I drove straight to Zeigler Ford because their service department is open on Saturdays. Jack in service reassured me that they would at least try to get the window back up. 45 minutes later it was completely fixed! Amazing service! Thank you, Jack and Zeigler Ford!

Recently had my Lincoln Aviator serviced at Zeigler Lincoln of Elkhart. I worked with Chandler Bos during the whole process. Not only did he arrange for the service work, but he also set me up with a loaner car. I had to fly out during this period of time so Chandler set up a driver to take me to the airport. When I arrived a few days later my car was personally delivered by Chandler at the airport. The car was washed and even gassed up for us when we arrived.  This service from Chandler and the rest of the team at Zeigler is unparcelled. I would highly recommend them for future work and new car sales!
