SALES DEPARTMENT My wife and I recently visited DCH Eatontown with the intention of browsing their Ford Explorer inventory. FINANCE DEPARTMENT While the sales team provided a positive experience, the finance department lacked transparency (Vincent). An extended warranty was included in the final paperwork without a clear explanation of its cost. After contacting the dealership, we were able to revise the contract to reflect the initially agreed-upon terms.

I leased a Mustang Mach-E this past Saturday from DCH Ford. My first contact was a phone call from Sierra Seig that lasted 15 minutes talking about the vehicle I was interested in test driving.
