Initially I gave this place a one star. Due to issues I had with a sales associate handling a situation poorly and a car I just recently bought had an issues leaving me without a car. It's such a reflection about a business when they take a issue seriously and your grievances are heard. Everyone's concern when purchasing from a used car lot is getting a good reliable car and if we're being honest most used car places have a negative stigma already. However, the business owner Herb and an Associate Sandra made sure that my issues and concerns was dealt with. They didn't make me feel like I was just being a problematic client or was just someone trying to avoid making a payment. They understood where I was coming from and worked with me. Sandra was my main point of contact and kept me in the loop and I was able to make arrangements with as I got the car towed in. Most of all they honored the warranty they offer over the engine and got me back on the road FAST!

I have had a great experience with them. Herb and Torah always are helpful and they always have taken care of any problem with my car right away with no delay. When you get a used car, there is always going to be some problems with them, but they take care of it no problem. They even took care of something that was not on the warrantee. Who else would do that?
