I'd like to share my unsolicited review of Porsche of El Paso. My wife and I have been visiting this dealership just to browse the showroom floor, and every encounter has been amazing. The sales professionals, such as Juan and Rudy, have always made us feel welcome since day one. This is important because some prestigious car brands can make you feel uncomfortable if you're not their typical clientele. When we first started visiting the dealership, we weren't sure if we'd find the right vehicle at the right price, but we finally found it yesterday, five years later. The sale was made years ago when we first met Juan and Rudy, even though no one knew it at the time. An all around great staff from the General Manager Jeff, finance department with Jose, and one of the service advisors/techs named Ceasar were all amazing which made it one of the top 3 car dealership interactions/experiences of my life. We have purchased numerous cars over the years and yes I remember all 3 dealerships that have made us feel like family and we were treated as such. It's not about how much money you spend, it's about how you feel before, during, and after the transaction that resonates. We will be back when the time comes when we are in the market again. I will stop by to say “hello” from time to time. Thanks again, gentlemen. SN: Even my 18 y/o daughter was involved in the process conversing with some of the associates and that is rare air. She and car dealerships don’t get along because of the length of time it takes. She eventually gets tired or hungry by then she is ready to go. I was pleased all around, with this transaction.

I have been so impressed with Porsche of El Paso! To say they believe in customer service is an understatement… despite having purchased my car in another city they have always been EXTREMELY available and attentive to my needs with service and repairs. They have even gone so far as to deliver my car to my home. This type of customer service doesn’t exist anywhere anymore so it’s very impressive and appreciated. A+++ service dept and employees!!!!
