Best Cadillac Service Department in the DFW metroplex! I make this statement largely in part to the great service I get from my Service Advisor Luke Telford. I drive 45-minutes out of the way to come here because of the consistent superior customer service he provides. I always walk away feeling like he has addressed any concerns that I might have. And my car is always taken care of quickly and without issue. This review comes from someone who has purchased 52 vehicles in my lifetime. So when I say he’s the best Service Advisor I’ve had. I mean it. This location is alway clean and feels very up to date. You can go to other Cadillac dealerships in the area. But I’ve been to them all.
