2021 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Short Box Elevation

The customer service at Schomp BMW has been very good. I have been working with BMW Schomp since 1997 when it was Ralph Schomp BMW on Broadway, I have got several cars from them. Ian McCoullough did a great job to find what I really wanted. His service was phenomenal!!! I worked with Ian for few weeks until he found what I was looking for, he didn’t pressure me to make a quick sale, he always gave me different options. Highly recommended!!!

I had a good experience overall with the dealership. Sales rep was very helpful and efficient. I like how it’s one contact through the deal, not getting bounced to mangers, finance etc… Very efficient. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is, I purchased an EV and it took about a week to get the paperwork to enroll in the free DC charging and some learning through the process. Constructive feedback would be to provide a little more expertise\support through the EV provisioning process, especially for first time EV owners. Minor in the big picture.

Schomp killed it, I got an amazing deal and there honestly wasn't a ton of pressure. It went as smooth as I could have hoped for. I would buy here again. Ask for Aminn, he has superior customer service and stayed on top of things the whole time.
