The customer service at Schomp BMW has been very good. I have been working with BMW Schomp since 1997 when it was Ralph Schomp BMW on Broadway, I have got several cars from them.
Ian McCoullough did a great job to find what I really wanted. His service was phenomenal!!!  I worked with Ian for few weeks until he found what I was looking for, he didn’t pressure me to make a quick sale, he always gave me different options. Highly recommended!!!

I had a good experience overall with the dealership. Sales rep was very helpful and efficient. I like how it’s one contact through the deal, not getting bounced to mangers, finance etc… Very efficient. The only reason  I didn't go with 5 stars is, I purchased an EV and it took about a week to get the paperwork to enroll in the free DC charging and some learning through the process. Constructive feedback would be to provide a little more expertise\support through the EV provisioning process, especially for first time EV owners. Minor in the big picture.

I recently bought a new car from Schomp and from ordering the car to ownership they have been there to answer any questions. I was given the price when I ordered the car and that was the final price. No dealer fees or paperwork fees just the BMW shipping fee disclosed to me when I ordered the car. Jack my sales person really helped me narrow down the options and build the perfect car. The whole process was as pain free as buying a car can be. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely consider Schomp when I am ready for my next car!

He did an excellent job showing us different vehicles we were interested in, worked with us to explore different price options (lease vs buy), and was patient with us while we asked  several questions. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a sales person and dealership. The process was easy and they were transparent and upfront. Not to mention we were able to take advantage of the BMW loyalty program because my fiancé has owned multiple BMW’s in the past. I cannot recommend Mhamed and his team enough!
