I have never driven any vehicle that was not made by GM, but I had decided that I wanted a hybrid and after doing my research decided on the Hyundai Tucson. From the time I inquired about the vehicle I wanted, Lisa and the crew at Serra worked with me to make sure that I got the color and features I asked for, and also negotiated me an excellent, fair price. I knew what I was paying before I even arrived at the dealership and Lisa had all of the paperwork organized, so we could go through it quickly. Then David showed me all of the features and went through them with me, so that I felt very comfortable with it before I drove off the lot. My communication with and service with this dealership was excellent and I could not recommend them more positively.
