I love Volkswagen and I love this dealership. This was my first time going here for service and they were so nice and helpful. I took my car in for a radio problem and it was not any issues to fix. In the end they were great on communication the whole time and they even sent me a video of the problem and what needed to be done. They even sent a video of the repair. Had the easiest most amazing experience at this dealership. It has never been easier to purchase a vehicle for sure. It helped a lot that I got a preapproval, but nevertheless, everything was handled very professionally, and in a very timely manner , it did not feel like I was having my time wasted. my dealer, Luke was very charming, very knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process and the experience, fun, lighthearted and simple. This young man was wonderful to deal with. Five stars for him. Financing was easy, and they were very accommodating with their negotiations, helping me achieve the best outcome possible. Extremely happy with this business and their integrity and ability to serve their customers. That's a rare thing in the auto sales industry.
Hands down the best dealership I’ve been to. Buck was so helpful and was really patient with me changing my mind but got us right with our new 2024 Atlas SE w/tech. Honestly, all the staff were just nice and friendly and really down to earth. Twyla was our finance person and she was really thorough and explained everything to us. I love that all the paper work is electronic too and we weren’t there very long which was a double plus. Thanks again Buck and Twyla you guys were the best!????
