My husband and I recently bought a car with Bay Luxury Autos and it was a great experience. Theo greeted us right away and asked us what we were looking for in a car. We had done plenty of research on cars before searching and were set on the parameters around our budget and what type of vehicle we were looking for. Theo understood completely and never once tried to hassle us or push us beyond our said parameters. He worked well with us to look at the cars within our budget and best for our needs. Omar was so helpful and friendly as well. Omar did everything in his power to advocate for us with the bank and to get us our desired wants and needs. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable the entire time that we were working with honest and respectful auto salespeople. I highly recommend this car dealership for any car needs. We will be back and will recommend to friends and family for future needs.

Just had an awesome experience buying a car. Last week we found a car listed online that we had been looking for. We called and got helped by Omar. After talking about the car and letting him know we were 3 and a half hours away he had no problem holding the car for us. We drove down today to test drive and purchase the car. When we showed up a staff member (I wish I had gotten his name) came out right away. We informed him we had spoken to Omar about the Expedition. He brought the car up right away and said to take our time on the test drive. After getting back Omar helped us finalize the paperwork and get everything we needed done (probably only took 30 minutes). After we got home I called Omar back to let him know the battery had died after only having the doors open for 15-20 minutes (we stopped at costco on the way home and had to unload) he told us that they understood we are pretty far out and to have the battery replaced locally and they would refund us for it. Very helpful staff, great experience Thank you guys!
