Its my first time buying a dealership car and jose litteraly did everything he could to get me into the credit union to build credit when i tell you it was easy i mean that he insists and puts pressure on the credit union to evaluate the application. Buying a Used Car is never an easy process. I was in the market for a used car for my son to get to and from school and to his sports practices and, eventually, have him share it with his sister when she gets her license. I wanted something reliable and in good condition, so when I saw a Mazda 3, 2013, that looked like a good starter car. I contacted Jose and he was very responsive. I wanted to do a PPI with a mechanic I found on the Internet (also close to 5 star rating), and Jose was very accommodating. I took the car for a test drive late afternoon on day 1 (Thanks Mo Mo for helping!) and it ran well - so I asked if the mechanic could look it over. Jose had it delivered there the next day to the mechanic for evaluation. Once I had the report from the mechanic, I discussed some of the findings and Jose was very transparent on my options. We discussed it and then settled on a price - over the phone! We completed the paperwork and the car was with the mechanic to address the findings ... and the car was mine ... all within 24 hours! To top this off, when I picked up the car from the mechanic he commented that Jose / All USA Motors was very professional and that he, the mechanic, got the impression that the dealer just wanted what was best for me the customer! Thanks Jose - I've waited 1 week to post this since I wanted to make sure everything was ok - and it is!!! Thanks for a seamless, transparent, low pressure transaction.
