2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness

I’m SO grateful for Carter. They’ve been so accommodating to us after we purchased our car out of state and had an issue right after we bought it. I was afraid we might not get the star treatment because we didn’t buy it there but our service advisor was on top of everything (Charlotte, I think?) We got a loaner at our appt after she made sure it wasn’t a serious concern and it was rode rather quickly. I’m glad they got us in and taken care of. I’ll always have my car serviced here.

Purchased a car 02/09/2024 Forester 2024 and I have very positive impressions from the Carter Subaru car dealership. I spent a long time looking for a better place to buy a car, but here the prices are reasonable, and besides, the reliability of the showroom and the competence of the employees are beyond doubt. Everything was done quickly, it’s clear that they value their customers here. The salon is customer-oriented! I would like to express special gratitude to the sales consultant Alexander, he made a super professional impression! He explained me everything, showed everything, and showed the car during a short ride! Everything is great! Very polite and tactful! In general, the impressions were only positive, thanks to Alexander! I will recommend this salon in the future!

It's been almost a month now after purchasing a new Subaru Outback Wilderness at Carter Subaru Shoreline. Long enough to confidently say this was one of the best car purchase experience my wife and I have had in our 60+ years. The Outback Wilderness fits our wants and needs perfectly. Debbie Phillips was exceptional in guiding us through the process. Not pushy. Very supportive, providing tips/guidance that added value. Efficiently used our time. Kudos also to Dan in Finance who kept the process simple and provided a surprising/fair quote for the extended warranty. Chose to do 1st oil change before 1,000 miles and had great experience with the Express Service. Have to give special recognition to Alex Kessler who gave us a full hour answering all our questions and giving extra advice on getting the most from our Outback experience. His experience as a service technician was invaluable in giving us tips on staying on top of mainenance to improve odds of enjoying this Outback through our retirement. Planning to have a long relationship with Carter Subaru.
