I’m SO grateful for Carter. They’ve been so accommodating to us after we purchased our car out of state and had an issue right after we bought it. I was afraid we might not get the star treatment because we didn’t buy it there but our service advisor was on top of everything (Charlotte, I think?) We got a loaner at our appt after she made sure it wasn’t a serious concern and it was rode rather quickly. I’m glad they got us in and taken care of. I’ll always have my car serviced here.

It's been almost a month now after purchasing a new Subaru Outback Wilderness at Carter Subaru Shoreline. Long enough to confidently say this was one of the best car purchase experience my wife and I have had in our 60+ years. The Outback Wilderness fits our wants and needs perfectly.
Debbie Phillips was exceptional in guiding us through the process. Not pushy. Very supportive, providing tips/guidance that added value. Efficiently used our time. Kudos also to Dan in Finance who kept the process simple and provided a surprising/fair quote for the extended warranty.
Chose to do 1st oil change before 1,000 miles and had great experience with the Express Service.
Have to give special recognition to Alex Kessler who gave us a full hour answering all our questions and giving extra advice on getting the most from our Outback experience. His experience as a service technician was invaluable in giving us tips on staying on top of mainenance to improve odds of enjoying this Outback through our retirement.

I went in knowing which car I wanted to drive and with an appointment to meet Debbie. I met her, she grabbed the keys, we immediately test drove. I wanted to buy it, I was prepared, and my intention was to make it all happen quickly. I told Debbie this and she did her best to accommodate - the only holdup was that the financial guy was busy with a few other purchases before he could get my paperwork together. Generally-speaking, a low-pressure situation which I appreciate as someone with severe anxiety. And they got me out in my new car within about 2 hours, 2:15 which, if you've ever bought a car at a dealership, you know is probably some kind of land speed record.
