We had an excellent car buying experience this weekend with Mel. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable with no pressure and no uncomfortable sales pitch. I don't write many reviews, but this one is well deserved. I was in the market for a new 4Runner and sent an email to multiple dealerships in Utah and the surrounding states (I'm in Utah). A salesman responded the following morning and was extremely helpful with all of my questions, including finding the perfect vehicle for me. The total process took about two weeks, between emails with our work schedule, but at no point did I ever feel as though my business wasn't wanted. Caleb N. absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience, as this was my first brand new vehicle. He was also the only salesman who continued to reply and work this deal with me, out of the multiple dealerships I reached out to. I will always refer people to Durango Toyota/Durango Motor Company for their professionalism and ease of the entire process. I made the drive to Durango from Utah in the vehicle I was trading, walked in, signed a few papers, and was back on the road in the matter of about 30 minutes. Walk right in and got the cars we needed. Joe Garcia was an excellent in helping us get our cars so wanted. He was Very down to earth and friendly. I like that we were not bothered in our search while walking through the lot looking at cars. Very respectful and responsible and reasonable staff. Devan (hope I got that spelling correctly) in finance was also very helpful a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Thank u both and your entire staff tremendously!
