I was skeptical about buying my new car here, as i am from Texas. It was 100% online. Never been to this dealership. However, i want to voluntarily give my review and my experience here. Sales representatives were very friendly, no game zone (unlike many in my past), transparent, respectful and especially value time. I had great experience and want to thank you. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I don't write many reviews, but this one is well deserved.  I was in the market for a new 4Runner and sent an email to multiple dealerships in Utah and the surrounding states (I'm in Utah).  A salesman responded the following morning and was extremely helpful with all of my questions, including finding the perfect vehicle for me.  The total process took about two weeks, between emails with our work schedule, but at no point did I ever feel as though my business wasn't wanted.  Caleb N. absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience, as this was my first brand new vehicle.  He was also the only salesman who continued to reply and work this deal with me, out of the multiple dealerships I reached out to.  I will always refer people to Durango Toyota/Durango Motor Company for their professionalism and ease of the entire process.  I made the drive to Durango from Utah in the vehicle I was trading, walked in, signed a few papers, and was back on the road in the matter of about 30 minutes.

Chris Chism got me the Tacoma SR5 automatic I needed and love. The best Id seen anywhere, still under warranty, 25000 miles and immaculate condition, at payments that allowed me to get it off the lot before it sold, like so many on the lot in Durango. Gone! Tacoma's are everywhere in Pagosa and Durango. All I've owned came from Durango. My 2002 manual Supercharged Tundra has 356000 miles, I get offers for it. My Toyota 1984 Land cruiser is still in the family, my T-100, wish I would of bought it back from State Farm after son's  minor accident ironically in front of 4 Way Stops at  the the New Durango Motors. Not his fault.????While driving through the lot as I do when in Durango I spotted another affordable DREAM Tacoma 2022 TRD this time with everything and shell. That stopped me!! To make a long story, longer. Chris let me drive that" manual"TRD, but, I still went home with my fabulous  needed SR5 "automatic."Thanks again to Chris and his patience and insight in getting me the Tacoma I needed. And the superb team at Durango Motors for putting it all together for me on a whim, before this Tacoma got away from me. Most Sincerely, Wallace B. Walk right in and got the cars we needed. Joe Garcia was an excellent in helping us get our cars so wanted. He was Very down to earth and friendly. I like that we were not bothered in our search while walking through the lot looking at cars. Very respectful and responsible and reasonable staff. Devan (hope I got that spelling correctly) in finance was also very helpful a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Thank u both and your entire staff tremendously!
