So I had the pleasure of working with Angelina. After searching for a specific color scheme for my girlfriends new Lexus Is500. I had emailed various Lexus dealerships but no response. I emailed Lexus of Carlsbad as one of my cousins informed me that he had a great experience after purchasing his IS350. Within 6 minutes I had a call from Angelina. I was unable to answer due to the nature of job and thankfully she reached me by email. After responding to her email I was able to communicate with her via text message. Man let me tell you, she has soooo much for doing so. Not once did she make me feel like she couldn’t work with me. Angelina completely understood why I could not be on my phone. So for hours we made everything work. I had mentioned to her that my girlfriend was on the market for a Lexus Is500 white exterior with white interior. 22 mins later, she told me she could get one transferred but would be a few days. I told her we did not mind waiting. We quickly got to making it happen, did everything online to avoid being a whole complete day at the dealership. My girlfriend knew exactly What she wanted to the T. We signed and made it happen. Thank you for everything Angelina.
