So I had the pleasure of working with Angelina. After searching for a specific color scheme for my girlfriends new Lexus Is500. I had emailed various Lexus dealerships but no response. I emailed Lexus of Carlsbad as one of my cousins informed me that he had a great experience after purchasing his IS350. Within 6 minutes I had a call from Angelina. I was unable to answer due to the nature of job and thankfully she reached me by email. After responding to her email I was able to communicate with her via text message. Man let me tell you, she has soooo much for doing so. Not once did she make me feel like she couldn’t work with me. Angelina completely understood why I could not be on my phone. So for hours we made everything work. I had mentioned to her that my girlfriend was on the market for a Lexus Is500 white exterior with white interior. 22 mins later, she told me she could get one transferred but would be a few days. I told her we did not mind waiting. We quickly got to making it happen, did everything online to avoid being a whole complete day at the dealership. My girlfriend knew exactly What she wanted to the T. We signed and made it happen. Thank you for everything Angelina. Thank for you making us feel like family with your huge hug when we first met in person. Its the little details that matter. I worked at BMW for 10 years and having the pleasure to earn and keep peoples trust is a key factor to having w calm and peaceful career in the automotive industry. We don't just trust the sales agent when it comes to buying a car and especially if the one to buy is  expensive car and after looking for a good deal on the brand new Lexus RX 350 at different lexus dealers, we finally found it at Lexus Carlsbad. We met and found someone with great in sales and knowledgeable in dealing of price, she is Angelina Caliguian. She helped us to buy the car that we wanted and helped to trade in our Honda 2020-CRV at a good trade in value that a sales agent rarely does at the price. She's great! she explains everything before you buy the car and she is patient with her clients to follow up and call to buy a car. Bought a new RX500h from Angelina. I am a professional independent sales rep and I know a pro when I see one. Went to another Lexus dealer closer to my house and my experience was starkly different. I was comparing it to my first Lexus purchase and I thought the "Lexus experience" had faded away and now their dealers are like any other car dealer. I was so pleased to find Carlsbad Lexus is representing the brand as it should. I was supposed to come to the dealer and pick up my new RX later in the week and I changed my mind (on a Sunday) and asked if I could pick it up same day. I called and the dealer put me through to Angelina's cell. She said no problem and set a time to meet and deliver my RX. Then I found out it was HER DAY OFF! I also would like to give a shout out to the Sales Manager Donald Holcomb. Don went the extra mile to help me with my purchase. I am a disabled vet and both Angelina and Don recognized my service. Thank you both, I appreciate you. All in all, if you are in the market for a Lexus, do yourself a favor and ask for Angelina. Amazing!
