My husband and I needed a second car and we decided to get a Subaru. We pulled up to the pre owned dealership and met with Nathan. We discussed our budget and mileage with him and looked at a couple cars, as well as test drove two of them. We ended up picking a 2020 Crosstrek and came in the next day to purchase it. The process was smooth, and they were very accommodating with our budget. Would also like to give Tim a shout out as well for helping me through the purchase. I recently purchased a car from this Subaru dealership, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, it felt like working with a family. Matthew went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car (even if they had to do a trade out of state!!). The car I wanted was not in stock in the state but Matthew worked his magic to find the exact car I was looking for. The finance manager, Tim, was easy to work with, and there were no high-pressure sales pitches. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Subaru of Gwinnett welcomes you into their family. I had an amazing time with Julie Adams for my Love Encore Delivery session to learn more about my new Subaru. This is a fabulous feature I’ve never seen at another brand. I highly recommend this dealership for their exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. The new location is stunning! Bonus: there’s always at least one gluten free snack! After a horrible experience at Troncalli Subaru, I love the Subaru so much (2 years looking at it and studying it); I decided to not let that location ruin my dreams. Adam, kept just enough follow-up with me and transparency, I wanted to be loyal to his effort. Meeting him was pleasant, no push, giving me facts and working with my budget. Car SOLD, after a few hours. He even stayed 3 hours past his clock out time to ensure I was totally taken car of through the process. Gwinnett Subaru delivered 100%. Thank you!
