My husband and I needed a second car and we decided to get a Subaru. We pulled up to the pre owned dealership and met with Nathan. We discussed our budget and mileage with him and looked at a couple cars, as well as test drove two of them. We ended up picking a 2020 Crosstrek and came in the next day to purchase it. The process was smooth, and they were very accommodating with our budget. Would also like to give Tim a shout out as well for helping me through the purchase. Me and my wife bought a truck from the used car lot and we had an amazing experience! The salesman Nathan Hancock was awesome! We was waiting outside and available to help answer questions. He walked right up and introduced himself and asked us how he could help. We went on a road test and he made the buying process seamless after we decided to move forward!

Overall the facility was extremely clean and very nice full of snacks and people that seemed very professional and positive.

We have never bought a vehicle at a dealership before but Nathan made the process not as overwhelming!
