Bought an 06 Tacoma from Jay here and enjoyed working with him. When I came in to look they had it on the rack getting serviced, which was a good sign if not good timing for me. Jay kept me updated on when it would be available and got me in to test drive it as soon as it was ready. Phil and the Honda dealership were AWESOME! Two weeks ago I purchased a different vehicle only to find that it had severe problems. Arnie the service guy was 100% behind me in getting it documented correctly and stapling the receipt. Then Nancy called me to ask me if there was anything she could do to help. They were angels to me in the middle of handling a Nightmare buy. I then called the dealership to buy from them, I didn’t even care what vehicle it was, I just wanted to get a car from them! Phil serviced me great, he made sure to let me know the dealership had my back in full warranty! Since the last dealership tried to hide behind the AS-IS clause. He worked with me through every problem. He helped me get the proper financing that I needed. Jess the finance guy made sure that I had a supreme service plan, he even made it affordable. Phil gave me his personal card and number if I had any problems with the car and to call him right away if I did. He took a great photo. Top Tier customer service!
