Bought an 06 Tacoma from Jay here and enjoyed working with him. Looking for an older truck I knew it was likely that whatever I found would need a few things done, and I knew from experience that Honda dealerships have great service departments. When I came in to look they had it on the rack getting serviced, which was a good sign if not good timing for me. Jay kept me updated on when it would be available and got me in to test drive it as soon as it was ready. I drove it home later that day, and knowing the maintenance it needed was taken care of gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thanks Jay and the Markley team!

Phil and the Honda dealership were AWESOME! Two weeks ago I purchased a different vehicle only to find that it had severe problems. Arnie the service guy was 100% behind me in getting it documented correctly and stapling the receipt. Then Nancy called me to ask me if there was anything she could do to help. They were angels to me in the middle of handling a Nightmare buy. I then called the dealership to buy from them, I didn’t even care what vehicle it was, I just wanted to get a car from them! Phil serviced me great, he made sure to let me know the dealership had my back in full warranty! Since the last dealership tried to hide behind the AS-IS clause. He worked with me through every problem. He helped me get the proper financing that I needed. Jess the finance guy made sure that I had a supreme service plan, he even made it affordable. Phil gave me his personal card and number if I had any problems with the car and to call him right away if I did. He took a great photo. Top Tier customer service!

Returned to service a potential transfer case leak found on inspection during routine service. Technician discovered that it was lubricant stain and no repair required. Monitor at next service.  All staff were outstanding in this experiance. Scott was at is usual best.  Follow up call was unexpected but very professional. Ill always return for future service and repairs because of the attention to detail, the professionalism and honesty in their  taking care of my vehicle. Thank You again.
