If you need a car for survival, that is what this is there for. “Second chance garage” If you are willing to stretch your budget and this isn’t an emergency purchase to ensure your survival (going to and from work, with limited money) then I would highly consider taking some time to learn how to negotiate at car dealerships. Look up base trims of cheapest cars on the market. Maybe stay away from a Mirage/G4. Learn the tips and trips of how to not get ripped off, (easier said then done) I would avoid D_____ in Frederick.
