I had a pleasant experience with Luis and other members of the McGovern Kia location. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was given the attention I needed. I had several questions on the leasing process as I had never explored this option before. We went in several test drives and even went to the other lot to look at additional options. It was there that I found the vehicle I ended up choosing to lease. Luis walked me through all the options and was very knowledgeable about the differences wheat each trim came with. Upon signing, I made it clear I needed the car within the next 3 days. They had me all squared away as requested and I was happy with my lease! Stopped in to look at a used car. I spoke with Warren at the door and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Warren was great. Very respectful and helpful during the negotiation process. As a matter of fact the entire team at McGovern was great. I give them an A. The detailing staff got a b- because I had to clean up quite a dew spots they should have addressed. Otherwise I would definitely recommend these folks. I hate buying cars but they made it stress free and enjoyable. That doesn't happen often. Thanks again Warren
