2024 Honda Odyssey EX-L

I called in looking for a 2024 Honda Civic Touring to commute in. Ricky the Internet Director answered the phone and helped me. He was very courteous, and prompt. He referred me to Brian who wrapped up the deal. Brian is very professional and showed me all the neat tricks on how to use my brand new car. He knows his stuff. Even when I had many questions on the financing and paperwork Charlie the Finance Manager took the time to make sure I understood everything. He recommended I keep my vehicle maintained properly with an upgraded Maintenence Package which I took advantage of. Also, with all the latest electronics in the vehicle, I took Charlie's recommendation and purchased the extended warranty. I don't want any unexpected repairs because I know it can get expensive. He was knowledgable and made us feel like we had no pressure to decide. We actually had fun test-driving and getting to know the options of the vehicle. I had an excellent experience at Honda of Oakland! I just leased a brand new 2024 Civic Touring and they gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. They were professional, HONEST, and friendly — no games or time wasted. I had an appointment in the morning and was taken care of right away by Delleon (sales). Daniel, the GM, supported the transaction by welcoming my budget and wants (white civic touring with black leather and accessories). They even went to Hayward to personally pick up the car for me as it wasn’t in stock at Oakland. Overall, the transaction took about 3 hours total, which is great. ????
