My experience was great!!! Maddy was the best! She was very informative about the cars I was interested in! She made my buying a car experience easy!! She made sure she explained all the features in the car. Drove over an hour to get there and Maddy made it worth it!!

Had a smooth car leasing experience at Great Lakes Hyundai of Columbus. Overall, I knew what I wanted before going in, but I felt I was being listened to and did not feel pressured through the whole process. Mohammad Emran is a friendly and super helpful car salesman, he was patient with all my questions, and helped me set up the tech links on my new Kona when I picked it up. Moe, Darrius, and Tyrone helped me stay within my budget - thank you, gentlemen!

Had a great experience working with Craig this week! They didn't have the exact car I was looking for when I first came in but but he asked questions, we looked at options and he was quick to source the vehicle to their dealership and get me squared away. Low pressure, answered every question I asked, and felt comfortable from the first time talking to him to getting the keys. Blake who we worked with on financing side was also great to work with, and removed a lot of the stress and worry I had about financing a vehicle. Thanks Craig and Blake for making my life easy and helping me get a new car!!
