2021 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD

Had such a wonderful experience at VIP Honda! The whole process was easy, start to finish. I came on a Tuesday evening after work to look at CRVs when I met Franklin and Ivan. They both made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Franklin was super knowledgeable about the different models and answered all my questions. I never felt forced or pressured into buying anything. I ended up purchasing a CRV that night and I'm so happy I did! My husband and I both agreed it was by far the easiest most stress free car purchasing situation we've ever had. Franklin even went above and beyond to get me my license plates once they arrived. Thank you all so much!
