Had such a wonderful experience at VIP Honda! The whole process was easy, start to finish.  I came on a Tuesday evening after work to look at CRVs when I met Franklin and Ivan. They both made me feel comfortable and welcomed.  Franklin was super knowledgeable about the different models and answered all my questions.  I never felt forced or pressured into buying anything. I ended up purchasing a CRV that night and I'm so happy I did! My husband and I  both agreed it was by far the easiest most stress free car purchasing situation we've ever had. Franklin even went above and beyond to get me my license plates once they arrived. Thank you all so much!

Long-time Honda owner here, but first time visiting for service at VIP Honda … Recently, I scheduled an appointment to have the timing belt replaced on my 1999 Honda Accord EX – which still runs good after 25 years and counting.  During the entire time that my car was at VIP Honda for servicing, I interacted with Service Advisor Phil.  Couldn't ask for a better person than him.  He made my first experience at VIP Honda a positive one.  Phil was courteous and friendly, as well as very helpful and patient with several questions I had asked of him.  He even explained how the loaner SUV vehicle basically operates, before I drove home with it.  Later in the afternoon, he kept me up-to-date on the progress of the timing belt replacement job being performed on my car – informing me that my car would not be ready until the next day since they were waiting for a certain part to complete the job.  The next day came around, and Phil eventually informed me that my car was ready for pick up.  Thanks to Phil and his service team, my 1999 Honda is now back on the road again – with a new timing belt that should be good for another 60K miles at least, along with the new water pump that normally gets installed as part of a timing belt job.  All in all, I'm happy with my first service visit at VIP Honda.  And the discount coupon that was available online for a rendered “Complete Timing Belt Package” was definitely a big help for this retiree's pocket!  Based on my positive experience, I can see myself going back to VIP Honda for any service I may need in the future.

It seems like this is the very rare dealership where they simply want to sell cars to people who want to buy cars.
