I felt respected, and they listened to my concerns, and questions were asked and addressed promptly. In addition, I was under the influence, and another dealership fixed a recall. It turned out that needed to be corrected. The staff went above and beyond and fixed that for me within the service time frame at no charge. I went to get my oil changed and the service and atmosphere was great! I anticipated waiting for at least two hours because of the number of people but I was pleasantly surprised that it only took an hour. I highly recommend Paul Moak Honda for all your automobile needs.
