2019 Honda Ridgeline Sport

Before relocating to Richmond, Virginia, I reached out to CMS Colonial Honda and corresponded via email with Mr. Richard, who was both professional and knowledgeable. He provided detailed responses to all my inquiries about the various Ridgeline trims. Upon visiting their location, I was impressed by its aesthetic appeal, cleanliness, and the organization of their services and staff. Mr. Richard introduced me to Mr. Shawn, who was equally professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the truck's features, leading to my purchase. I came to CMA’s Colonial Honda in search of a new car, but I also surprisingly gained newfound confidence in myself that I didn’t know I had, lol! I pretty much went into this process as a new car buyer by myself, and we all know what that means when you’re a female walking into a dealership by yourself. However, I never once felt like I didn’t have a handle on things, and the employees at CMA played a huge role in that for me. Peter Ioannou specifically, was incredibly dedicated to helping me purchase the exact CRV that I wanted, and wouldn’t stop until I was happy with the end result. He was personable, easy to talk to, and, while very persuasive, remained diligent in his mission to put me in the car that I wanted. Aaron Parsons also went out of his way to order my car from another dealership, and they both kept me updated regularly about the status of the delivery - which arrived incredibly quick! I honestly can’t think of a better way that this could’ve gone — I’m so grateful to the wonderful people at Colonial Honda!

I have it at 4, mainly because my registration did not have a title number on it. And still waiting for that number. People were nice.
