I initially spoke to whom I believe was Chris on the phone and explained my needs and my frustration with the local dealer. He was not only understanding, but patiently answered all my questions and was very professional. I was already so impressed with his helpfulness that I thought to myself "this is too good to be true." On the day of my service I was greeted by Daniel. He too was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He treated me and my dog like family, and listened to my needs and explained everything in great detail. They took my car right in, performed the service, and addressed an ongoing concern I had with the brake system. Everything was perfect! Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and seemed to truly care about me and my car. The dealership, service area, and customer lounge are clean and comfortable. For the first time since buying my Subaru I truly felt taken care of and heard. They have restored my faith in Subaru. Although I am driving from Ashland, it is well worth the extra time and miles. Such service is rare these days, therefore I truly appreciate these guys.
